It is to recognize that a good site requires dedication, time, and a lot of hard work. It is for webmasters to know that there are people out there who appreciate your contribution to make the web a safer, better place to surf. Last but not least, it is to applaud all efforts the webmasters have gone to, to bring these sites to "life" and reminding us that there is good in this world of ours.
