The basic thought of our program is as follows: "We won't give our award to design/graphic sites only, but would like to honour any good work done by webmasters." Of course, we also like good graphics, but we prefer to give our award to sites where lots of work and effort was put in the written content. Generally, we highly score sites that were obviously created as a personal, and real, hobby.
